What Our BAA Covers
Our BAA covers all services provided through the AlignSure platform, including document processing, compliance evidence storage, reviewer workflows, calendar management, and METIS Intelligence Engine analysis. The agreement defines responsibilities for both parties with respect to PHI handling, breach notification, and security safeguards.

- Subcontractor flow-down provisions requiring all subprocessors to maintain HIPAA-eligible configurations

For new customers
Your BAA is included as part of the onboarding process. Our team provides the agreement for review alongside your Master Services Agreement.
